Chloe Esther Cohen
French, English Psychotherapist
Life can become confusing when we feel disconnected from ourselves, caught in painful patterns, overwhelmed by difficult emotions, or simply unsure of the path ahead. Therapy offers a space where, for a while, everything else can be placed in parentheses - including the pressure to make decisions. It is a place to pause, reflect, and explore your inner world without judgment.
Sometimes, it is by reconnecting with our deepest selves - with our inner voice, our memories, and the wounds we carry - that we begin to move forward. As we make sense of our experiences and discover new ways of relating to them, we often find greater freedom, clarity, and the confidence to step more fully into our own lives with authenticity and serenity.
My work is primarily rooted in the humanistic tradition, while drawing on a range of perspectives - including cognitive approaches, psychodynamic thinking, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian psychology, expressive and art-based approaches, and existential therapy - when they serve the person in front of me. For clients who wish, I also welcome conversations around spirituality and Jewish thought as meaningful parts of the therapeutic process.
My academic background in anthropology, combined with years of clinical training and therapeutic practice, has shaped a way of working that is both deeply curious about each person's unique story and firmly grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy.
